Best place to get ur heating oil. Staff are real friendly
Excellent customer service! We were not customers and needed an emergency delivery (our current provider put us on the regular schedule when we were out). Klose came right out to our house within a couple of hours, filled our tank with heating oil, and even primed our furnace so the house would begin heating right away. They did charge an extra fee for an emergency delivery, but it wasn't much in comparison to what they could have charged us!
Unprofessional. Called and then waited 3 hours for an emergency delivery of oil only to call back and be told "we only treat our current customers right." My last oil delivery was from them last year and the guy laughed and said we've delivered to houses like yours for many years and it uses more oil than that. What horrible service I feel bad for the town of Mifflinburg for having to put up with a company like that.
