I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the care I received from Dr. Krishna Susarla. Following my fourth visit with him since 2024, he does not dedicate sufficient time to listen or educating his patients regarding their medical concerns. During my recent appointment, he did not really care what my concern or why i am having pain, rather than listening or figuring out the root cause of my condition or offering a sustainable treatment plan, Dr. Susarla simply advised me to take Tylenol for two to three weeks... read more

Best doctor who is always calm to attend to patients anytime any day..
Dr.Susarla was attentive to my c-spine pain. He performed a thorough physical examination and gave me sound treatment advice. The last time I saw that man was 10 years ago as an inpatient at CHI St. Luke's in Sugar Land. I remembered him.
Best physician ever !! So knowledgeable and great bedside manners. My husband and I have been with Dr. Susarla for years !!
