Dr. Susarla has been the pediatrician for both my children for a few years. He is attentive, makes them feel calm and seen and valued as little patients answering all their questions and mine. He sometimes runs late and his team can do a better job of notifying patients of schedule changes. I would recommend him.
We were guided to take test that were supposed to be covered by the insurance but were not.
I went for a physical with this doctor Hari Krishna Susarla in December. I provided my insurance prior to the visit and was advised I would not have any charges due to just coming in for yearly physical and routine blood draw. I am now receiving bills for $511 just for a yearly physical and blood draw. My spouse went to a different doctor at Kelsey because she wanted a female doctor. Hi It's very very disappointing..I work in health care I and I suggested my son and daughter to go kelsey and rhey took appointment with there in network doctor..it was there once a year physical..and we make sure with our insurance and doctor billing people that this is my physical visit and it is all covered..and the front office people also said it was all covered.. and v been receiving big bill which is their folt ..I sopk to my insurance and they said yr doctor is not putting right code for physical..it never happened b... read more
