I am writing to express my concern regarding the conduct and bedside manner of Dr. Hari Krishna Susarla, MD, during my son’s recent visit. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing and left us feeling unheard and disrespected. Dr. Susarla has been the pediatrician for both my children for a few years. He is attentive, makes them feel calm and seen and valued as little patients answering all their questions and mine. He sometimes runs late and his team can do a better job of notifying patients of schedule changes. I would recommend him.

I went for a physical with this doctor Hari Krishna Susarla in December. I provided my insurance prior to the visit and was advised I would not have any charges due to just coming in for yearly physical and routine blood draw. I am now receiving bills for $511 just for a yearly physical and blood draw. My spouse went to a different doctor at Kelsey because she wanted a female doctor.
