I am writing to express my concern regarding the conduct and bedside manner of Dr. Hari Krishna Susarla, MD, during my son’s recent visit. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing and left us feeling unheard and disrespected. Dr. Susarla did not demonstrate the compassion, understanding, or professionalism that one would expect from a pediatrician. His demeanor was abrupt and dismissive throughout the visit. Dr. Susarla has been the pediatrician for both my children for a few years. He is attentive, makes them feel calm and seen and valued as little patients answering all their questions and mine. He sometimes runs late and his team can do a better job of notifying patients of schedule changes. I would recommend him.
We were guided to take test that were supposed to be covered by the insurance but were not.
