The turnover from check in to service is always relatively quick. We love Dr. Reddy, he is always great. However their technician needs to be checked. I went in today with my father for this appointment and there were so many little things that made me upset about the care she provided. First, she did not acknowledge my father or explain to him what he was being seen for today. My father has dementia and she spoke to him with no patience whatsoever.
