H&K came on time for the initial appointment. They said we needed new toilets because they were cheap and wanted to charge us triple for the toilets. The pipes was the reason for the claim there was a deep stoppage they could not get to. They said they had to come back to actually see what the problem was with a camera for this reason. We had to call the warranty company and few times before they came back. After the 2nd visit we were told the plumber issue was pretty severe and they would provide us an estimate to get the w... read more

Kayla is a fantastic secretary. She is always polite, friendly, and helpful every time I call. Don’t use this company if you need your basement snake or a toilet that doesn’t flush all the way.. I love American Home Shield.. They made them look really bad.. All they came to do was say what they wasn’t going to fix.. I have a pipe that’s been in my home since brought my house 25 years ago.. they wrote the paperwork up as if I installed the pipe.. So guest what they didn’t fix my leak.. Don’t trust them and the management unprofessional
