The staff us always very friendly and professional. They make me feel at ease. Dr. Rosen is top-notch and extremely personable as well as professional.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Gentle, skilled, and truly caring I had another wonderful visit today with Tonya Reber at H/K/B Cosmetic Surgery in Concord, NC. I've been her patient for a few years now, and she has never disappointed. What stands out most is how gentle she is. She takes her time, explains what she's doing, and always makes me feel comfortable and cared for.
Terrific results! Dr. Baker and all of the nurses and staff seem to take genuine interest and provide a caring experience.
I scheduled an appointment with Tonya Reber for fillers. I was able to be seen the following week for a consultation. The front desk receptionist was very nice. During my consultation with Tonya she was real sweet and knowledgeable. She was very thorough on examining my skin and letting me know what could be done. Needless to say, I not only got fillers but I also ended up deciding to get Botox. I left out of her office feeling more confident. Dr.Baker is WONDERFUL! He is kind and compassionate and takes as much time as I need, even to the detriment of running late to answer all my questions and make me feel confident in my journey. The staff is always friendly.
