While Jay helped on a previous case and was very helpful and professional my recent experience is beyond unprofessional. Jay while saying he would help with a traffic ticket for my daughter went dark and ceased responding and failed to attend o continue the court date. If they didn’t want to handle the case simply say that. Jay and Allison his assistant never returned multiple phone calls and emails.
