While Jay helped on a previous case and was very helpful and professional my recent experience is beyond unprofessional. Jay while saying he would help with a traffic ticket for my daughter went dark and ceased responding and failed to attend o continue the court date. If they didn’t want to handle the case simply say that. Jay and Allison his assistant never returned multiple phone calls and emails. Great attorney and very honest
I really wish I could give a better review because I have heard good things about Jay and was recommended him by another attorney. However, I called and left messages for over 3 weeks with no response. Finally, I showed up to the office, gave information, and was told I’d get a call. No call. Showed back up and was told he was not representing for any cases out of Cabarrus County. Not very happy that it took over 3 weeks for them to let me know that. Hopefully others don’t have the same experience.
