Horrible HORRIBLE company. Took them June-October to finish one street. Have allowed no access for the people who live on that street. The company parking in my driveway because they didn’t want to walk. Left our outside hose on and flooded our basement. Have had 0 access to my own driveway for months. Better bet using McDonald’s workers who have no idea what they’re doing because these people absolutely are terrible and uprooted our home and lives for 5 months straight on literally just redoing to pipes and the road.
Water shut off to my house 630 on Friday night with no notification. Caused by road construction by James & sons on sowden st Platteville. Left messages with no response. Wonder if they will read a Facebook post?????
Just as the other one star review, I've had the exact same experiance with these clowns. Rude, Unprofessional, uncooprative to the property owners requests/needs. They even refuse to announce themselves when on my property. I have a dog, they could get bit, I don't want that. They should understand its about saftey. In respons from the "owner" ... I live in Spring Green, Wi Your crew is working RIGHT in front of my house! They are Absolutely Amazing 🤩 Professional, HARD WORKING (even in this 100 degree weather) Respectful, Considerate, Pleasant… Just All Around Top Notch!!! Not a fan of 3 months of construction, the mess, the noise, etc…But, since it has to be done, Grateful it is James and Sons!!!
