Phenomenal company above and beyond all the technicians and I called so many companies around the area. Nobody wanted to install a dishwasher for my mother and remove the cabinet. They went above and beyond to do it all we truly appreciate their business and we would recommend them to anyone who ever would need plumbing. The process was so easy. My mom has carpal tunnel and we definitely needed to get a dishwasher and if it wasn’t for them, it could not been done without them. Thank you. We truly appreciate it.
We recently utilized service from H.Jacks Pumbing and Heating. Technician Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was professional, thorough and gave us peace of mind. He was on time and used care while in our home.
I discovered my water tank had leaked out first thing on a Sunday morning. I called H Jack and was able to get a same-day consultation. Joe arrived promptly in the stated window, gave me the options and explained the fees up front, including extra charge for Sunday time. We thought it was worth it, and Joe and Alex worked quickly, quietly, and professionally to get us back up and running in less than 4 hours. Great job!
We had a sudden plumbing problem and made one call to H. Jacks, they quickly came to the rescue! Justin and Andrew were skilled technicians, fixing our problem, getting us back in working order. We would have those men out anytime, polite, professional, respectful. H. Jacks came through for us, don’t hesitate to call them.
As always H. Jack's was fast and reliable. They let us know when they were on their way and arrived at the scheduled time. Brad and Michael were friendly and provided great communication and service. Our dog even enjoyed having them here.
