Updating my review because the company reached out and made things right. The technician who came out was friendly, professional, and did a great job. I really appreciate the effort to fix the situation! I called for a quote to have my garage drain snaked and was quoted $330. I called for a quote to have my garage drain snaked and was quoted $330. After I said I wouldn’t be able to afford that, the guy then said that my garage drain pipe could be collapsed and if I “couldn’t afford a drain snake good luck with affording to fix the pipe.” During the conversation, I was also told that my garage drain was connected to the public sewer, even though my home has a septic system.
