This company is a major rip-off. Charged $500 to replace a $47.00 part that took less than 30 minutes. When I complained about the price, first they said it was because older furnace parts cost more, (only was $47 at IRR supply) and then that they accidently overbilled me. They sent me a $95 refund but that still cost over $400 for them to replace the one part. Also, they forgot the 2nd part so we had to replace it ourselves and it only cost $6 at Home Depot. Terrible Company, learn from our mistake.
