Had a sudden leak in tire while driving from Ohio to Williamsburg. Pulled off in Lexington. H & J were amazingly nice people, patched the tire in no time and we learned that Lexington is a neat little historic town! We’ll be back because of H & J
In an out in under and hour before closing time ! Traveling through had a flat tire the staff was Respectful Kind and Fair. Exceeded all expectations above and beyond Just don’t say your in Kentucky - Jim will light you up 🤣☝️ All in good fun. Back on the road to Virginia Beach
We were passing through Lexington and noted a hole in one of our tires. We arrived without an appointment. Jim Kelley at H and J had our flat repaired very quickly and at a great price. Wonderful and efficient service!
My tire went flat, and I managed to be able to pull off in front of their building, not once all ever came up to see if they could help me or see if I needed assistance. One guy did walk out, made eye contact with me. And walked back in, I will never go over there for service
I was traveling through Virginia and got a nail in my rear driver-side tire. I called several places, but none had my tire size in stock. This shop told me they would take a look at it, and I really appreciated their honesty. They explained that my tire couldn't be repaired because it was a run-flat tire and let me know they could have a replacement tire the next day.
