This place has incredible customer service and very fair prices. I’ve brought all my vehicles here for a couple years now and always had a great experience. I’ve also found they are even cheaper than somewhere like NTB or Firestone in Staunton.
Great service. But, they didn't seem to have anyone that could talk to me about tires. They do know how much they cost, though. I dunno. Maybe I asked the wrong questions. Good prices too!
Great people and the mechanic took the time to lift the car and show me exactly what was wrong.
Found my way through Lexington and needed a new tire. They were very accommodating for my son who’s 2, they had toys he could play with and were very reasonable with pricing and we’re timely
I have been going to H&J for quite a while now as a student at W&L. H&J usually does a good job of getting your car serviced in a timely manner. It is very convenient, but does come with some caution. My biggest complaint with them is that they drastically OVERINFLATE your tires anywhere from 10-15 psi above what it should be. I have to deflate my tires to the specified psi every time I take it to them.
