One of the most worst medical supply companies I have ever had to deal with! Waiting on a walker for my daughter since October 2019!!! No one calls you back to give a Status! My daughter who is completely non-ambulatory needs this more than ever right now! And it just seems no one cares! Never will I ever order a piece of equipment to this company again. I’m ready to report them to the Better Business Bureau! 👎🏻👎🏻
I recently suffered a stroke. When I felt somewhat capable, although still not all that well, I attempted to get Compression Stockings to help prevent blood clots from forming in my legs. My prescription was missing some information and wasn't exactly correct. Instead of explaining things to me in a professional manner, I was scolded by the saleslady. She was nasty, rude, extremely passive-aggressive. Like it was my fault the prescription was lacking. I'll travel 50 miles out of my way instead of going back there.
