H-infinity construction company is building some units next to my property at Doncaster, Vic . Their site manager , Mr Vincent has made the life miserable for us in the last few months . Firstly , they refused to erect temporary fences around their building site and as a result ,we had to clean our yard everyday and collect the rubbish blown away from their building site , landing in our yard due to lack of fence .
