Great family owned business
Went through the Costco car wash, and my side view mirror that I had previously tried to glue on, was dangling. Searched for a body shop between Costco and Capitol Hill to see if there was an easy fix . Stumbled on to h&i. They determined that a new mirror needed to be ordered but they would try to find a used one. 2 weeks later we returned when the mirror arrived and they gleefully announced that they had found a used one and it would save me $100. Paul and Yuchu are the dream team! They took care of my mazda3 when some idiot moron did a hit & run on the front bumper, fender etc. Made my car look brand new and even gave her a wash! Yuchu also goes the extra mile dealing with my car insurance and looking out for traffic on 12th Ave as I'm backing out - very thoughtful!
Great service with a very reasonable timeline. BTW, the puppy is supper cute.
