Sitting in my garage and here comes this white 2500 Dmax US DOT 534011 stops at the end of my driveway and backs in my driveway that is gravel mind you. Then with us being on busy road they rip on out kicking up the gravel and leaving a rut. They just worked putting what looked to be fiber optic in a couple weeks ago. They didnt mess anything up when they did that. But here comes this guy. Oh you couldnt wait the 10 seconds for cars to go by buddy? Cool.
These guys are hacks. They rip the heck out of your yard and are extremely rude if you try to talk to them. They dug an excavation wider than a dump truck to run new internet lines through my yard. They have no regard for your property or your trees etc. They dug out maple tree roots bigger than a persons thigh from my neighbors trees. When Frontier contracted to put lines in previously the excavator was courteous and professional unlike H & H. Avoid at all cost.
They are terrible and have no regard for your property. As others have said they are not careful when they are digging in lines. They were cutting through roots bigger than a persons arm and leave a mess. When the Frontier lines came through the excavation contractors were much more professional and did not dig everything up like H&H. Sadly we have no say what contractor does the excavation.
This company has terrible customer service. They went on my property wrecked my trees, and tore up my driveway. Called them to see what was going on- They were extremely unprofessional and rude. They don't return phone calls. If these guys are working in your area just pray they won't be running utilit lines by your house! They will tear up your yard and not even bother to re seed it. They will tear up your driveway and not return your calls. Attn Cable Company's: QUIT HIRING THESE JOKERS!
Good crew, know their jobs and don't screw around. Good site cleanup and restoration.
