They will tow your car after saying it’s fine to leave it there! Work long hours, they don’t give a f&$k. They’ll tell you to your face it’s cool to leave your car until you can pick it up, and then tow it without any sort of warning! Impound fees accruing and didn’t even know about it!! So disappointed in a business we have been loyal to for years.

RecommendedHad my tire completely shredded from driving through a construction zone. They got me in and out in 20 minutes. Excellent staff and very helpful service.
It's kinda hard for me to not recommend H&H. I grew up in Widefield, and my dad had a body shop in the little cul-de-sac behind the DQ. He always sent his customers up there, and I've only gone somewhere else for tires twice in my life and only because it was an emergency and H&H was closed. I'm almost 40, so that's a lot of tires. Every time I inquire about my car being completed is some new reason or part that needs ordered. Just want our car back. Will not do business with them again!!! Go somewhere else with your money!!

We have been customers for about ten years, and send everyone we know there. Customer service has gone downhill over the last couple of years, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt and purchased our last set from there anyways because of the warranty they offer. Called today about replacing one of our newer tires that we purchased from H and H. We were told the warranty doesn’t cover it because they no longer make that specific tire.
