Lucy did an amazing job!!
This massage was not well. My privacy was not maintained and she left my bottom exposed multiple times with the door open! The room was so cold and uncomfortable. The flow of the massage was weird and nothing like I’ve ever gotten. I didn’t enjoy very much and then they pressured me to tip which I didn’t feel comfortable with
Got my boyfriend a massage for a special occasion and it was okay tbh…. The massage was fair but then when he was leaving, the lady that owns the shop chased him down and asked him how much he was going to tip after he had already gave it to the masseuse.
This was my first time booking an appointment here and when I walked in I was asked to pay for the service first before receiving it making me feel like it was racial profiling I felt uncomfortable and left .
just got through with my third visit. this was probably the best massage i’ve ever received did a 90 minute full body and highlighted some key areas in my lower back and left leg i left feeling relaxed and all the tension in my lower back and leg was gone. i will be a frequent customer of H&H
