If we could give more stars, we would! It was our first time here, having drove up from Indiana, PA. We cannot say enough about the customer service, from the first phone call to the actual visit to this supply store! Eric was amazing. So helpful to two people who really needed guidance for a huge project. Unlike other places we called, he was not "snarky", nor did he talk down to us. And, he smiled !! That meant a lot! Worth the drive to Punxy!!
Vast supply, can't imagine how they will ever sell that gigantic lot full of tanks. The staff tries to keep you from buying the wrong thing. Only downside is the highest price around for retail customers. Wish it were still the old drive-in since before it was a Jamesway. Obviously not this company's fault, but still miss the drive-in. They obviously care about the community, recently I saw their giant parking lot with multiple local fire equipment for a practice session not connected with the company, just using their lot. ... read more
