I have to pump my septic regularly because I have multiple families living on the property. I have used about every company around. I used H&H the last 2 times and they were awesome. The first time I dug it up. It's not very deep about 6 inches. They showed up I was digging it the second time. The guy came up with a shovel and dug it out in minutes. I’ve given H&H Septic a lot of business over time, sending them many septic pump jobs through my plumbing company. Unfortunately, my last experience was so bad that I will never use them again. We had an issue with one of their jobs, and when I called to get it resolved, the woman who answered the phone was shockingly rude and unprofessional. This team was phenomenal in aspects. They made a big decision simple and easy for my family and I. H and H was very informative and polite to us.
