I have to pump my septic regularly because I have multiple families living on the property. I have used about every company around. I used H&H the last 2 times and they were awesome. The first time I dug it up. It's not very deep about 6 inches. They showed up I was digging it the second time. The guy came up with a shovel and dug it out in minutes. I’ve given H&H Septic a lot of business over time, sending them many septic pump jobs through my plumbing company. Unfortunately, my last experience was so bad that I will never use them again. We had an issue with one of their jobs, and when I called to get it resolved, the woman who answered the phone was shockingly rude and unprofessional. This team was phenomenal in aspects. They made a big decision simple and easy for my family and I. H and H was very informative and polite to us. First time homeowner and I’m glad we went here instead of other places with outrageous quotes. Thank your for the great work on my septic system and waterline.
