Horrible customer service. Porta Potty was not at my house prior to event. I called for 2 hours straight which went to the North Carolina call center to get any assistance in Rochester, NY. Horrible customer service once I got the person in Rochester to answer the phone. Unit didn't have hand sanitizer. Called 3 months prior to the event. The event had started when finally the delivery came. We had to pull back the blockades and get everything off the street to get the truck in place to deliver the until.
