Owner is racist and has no respect
Owner targets people of color, follows around the store as though they can not look around to purchase anything. He harasses people. Take your business ELSEWHERE.
You’re a disgusting piece of crap who can’t clearly stand himself as a human because you deface your income before it can even have a chance to purchase any of your crappy articles that you sell! You had someone in your store today who has given back to our city, and done so much good! You’re pathetic!!!
RecommendedI like to support small businesses. This is not a chain store. These are local people and they care about our community. The selection is also very interesting, besides the uniform selection, which is the best in Baltimore, there are authentic military clothes, patches from WW2, Vietnam era items, etc. Real Americana. This store has a lot of treasures. I can't wait to go back. The owner grew up in the business, I'm told, and he knows a lot.
I would have recommended the old location because of it's massive stockpile of military, camping, hiking and assorted equipment but the new one is really not H&H any longer. All the things that made H&H Campers Haven unique and a historic gem are gone and what's left can be found 100 other places or online.
This man that either owns or runs the Harford Rd store is super unprofessional and talks to customers as if they aren’t due respect.. I wanted to purchase a refrigiware suit and he suggested the wrong size for me.. wouldn’t reorder the correct size so I went online and ordered it for $46 cheaper. Definitely not worth the aggravation even shopping there.. check online first!!!
Was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the selection, quality, and prices. Staff was also friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. Will definitely be back!
