Everyone from Sonia in the office to the gentlemen that took our trees down were very professional! Pricing was reasonable. I definitely would use them again and recommend them highly.

WE have contracted with H&H for over 10 years. Their crew is hardworking, careful and responsive. Language is not an issue. Sonia, contract coordinator is also very responsive to additional requests/needs that we want to have done is addition to the seasonal mowing contract. They also take care of our leaf removal and other large yard needs. It is true that they may not be the least expensive option, but the quality of work and service provided are worth the slight difference in cost for their reliability.

We have used H&H for the last two years and have had consistently positive experiences. They are responsive by e-mail, answer all questions in a timely manner, provide in-person estimates with a knowledgeable individual who talks with you about how to meet your goals. The team that was here last week was lovely (and waved at my kids through the windows!) and did a phenomenal job. We are beyond happy with the outcome and appreciate the attention to detail.

I can't even give it a star. I have complained to the company and to the man who owns it and even Howard County Consumer Protection. I agreed with the county to see how it goes for a few weeks, but I am about to contact the county again to tell them about H&H service. We never would have gone with them, but the company we had sold out to them. So we are stuck. Will not have them next year.
