My first time with these guys/gals, it impressed me! Needed to replace a "Blue Max HD Lighting", 120V 60 Hz 420 mA, 5500K, 1600 Lumens bulb (actually two). Found the GreenLite 23 Watt, 4100K, 1600 Lumens on this company's site -- and ordered six (needed only two)! The package came within 24 hours, they are not that far away in northern Illinois. My husband had his Dewalt impact fixed under warranty through H&H, and we had such a pleasant experience. Everyone is so friendly, Billy did a great job getting the issue fixed and back to us. The customer service was awesome :)
