Hands down, this is the company you want to call when you have any HVAC issues. Got home from work yesterday around 6:30pm and AC not cooling (one of the hottest days...of course). I called H&H shortly thereafter expecting to schedule a time for someone to come out within the next day or two. Lacy Hembree called me back and within 45 minutes he was at my house, knew exactly what was wrong (capacitator) and in and out within 10 mins. I have NEVER encounter service like this from anyone. Lacy told me what day he would be at my house to install a new gas H & Air. He was on time and done a Super Job. He instructed me about the new system and really took care of everything!! Great job!!!
I had called H &H early in the morning when I woke up sweating because the air conditioner wasn't working. They called back in the afternoon and said that he would get to me but I had to be patient because there were others ahead of me. He said he would call when he was headed my way. He came out and diagnosed the problem in a few minutes. He replaced the part and he was on his way. I would definitely recommend them for there service and fair prices. The team at H&H are fantastic. They were here quickly to give an estimate. They helped us with financing paperwork. They kept us informed about the arrival of the unit. The day they installed the unit they were here on time, worked quickly and cleaned up everything. They didn't try to sell us stuff we didn't need to replace. I would highly recommend them.
