This plumbing company came to my condo thru the home warranty company. The older gentleman is mean and irony. He does not want to do his job, just collect the service fee we paid him. He has a terrible disposition, for a customer service based job. I waited for 2 weeks to have him do nothing at all. Waste of time. If you dont like your job retire. You are too mean to service anyone. Do not use this company. I waste of time and money spent. Im still pissed the shower is still leaking.
He came to collect a cash copay. I offered to pay by check, Zelle, or other methods, but he refused. When I asked for a little time to go to the ATM, he said no and left. I will not be recommending his service.
I agree with the other 1 star reviews. DO NOT, use this company. My home warranty service provided this company. He came to fix a water leak and had to borrow my tools and still said he couldn't get to the leak. He doesn't have good customer service at all!
My warranty company chose them, very disappointed. While they installed my new sump pump, they would not provide an itemized bill showing parts and labor costs, just one lump sum. Turns out they way overcharged on the price of the pump and amount of labor just to get to the amount the warranty company paid. Stay away! BTW, stay away from Select Home Warranty unless you are prepared to pay ALL costs upfront and wait an extremely long time for reimbursement.
I've been trying to make an appointment with this guy for 3 weeks. I was very flexible and understanding of his time. He had me take pictures and explain to him what i needed. On the day he decided he would be able to come out, he had advised that he may not be able to do all the work because I had a lot of things that needed to be done. My question to him was, why now do you feel that there is too much work?
