Dan came out to inspect roof for hail damage, which we did have. I started claim through Farmers. Dan cancelled his doctors appointment just to make sure he was there when Farmers adjuster inspected roof. Claim was approved and less than a week later the crew showed up about 6:30am and they had roof tore off, re-roofed and the area picked up by 3pm. They even painted our galvanized steel vent and pvc vents to match roof color. Very pleased with experience of H&H and Farmers Insurance. I would definitely recommend H&H!!
Absolutely wonderful experience with this AMAZING company. Communication was superb with quick response when needed. Cleanup was exceptional. Went to work at 6:30 as the crew was showing up (and very polite I might add), came home at 4:30 and roof was done, dumpster gone, cleanup complete. Amazed! We are currently having H&H replace the siding, facia, soffit, downs etc.. on three buildings at the apartment complex. Dan is amazing to work with! The quality of service is above & beyond. He made sure his crew was mindful of a resident with special needs while working around their apartment. We contracted with Dan to replace storm damaged siding and advocate for our Condo Assn for roof storm damage. As the President of the Association, I can assure you this is a quality company and Dan is the best! If you want quality service, excellent work, someone to stay at it until complete, hold the line on costs to the estimate, respond immediately to questions or concerns, someone who stands behind his work, and does it with courtesy, this company ought to be your choice.
