Bob was incredibly responsive and professional. He arrived within 15 minutes of my call to provide a detailed quote for disconnecting an electric shower and addressing other minor issues. Bob offered suggestions and provided a clear, itemized breakdown of costs for various options, allowing us to prioritize what we wanted done now or later. Great service! Posted on FB looking for someone to replace spotlights. Was contacted by Nathan who quickly arranged to come and see what needed doing. Job booked in for the following week (they could’ve done sooner, we chose this date to suit us). The guys who completed the work were great, even fixed a different light for us whilst they were here at no extra cost. Job completed to a much better standard than the person who fitted them originally. Would recommend and use them again!
