Really? – My wife and I went in to have our taxes done. While waiting in the front for our appointment could not help but notice an elderly man in the back screaming on the phone at someone about their refund. When we got to his desk was cluttered and in utter disrepair. He began bad mouthing other customers about calling about refunds. He asked my wife and I to go get coffee and come back in an hour that he was completely booked or to leave paperwork.
