Friendly and knowleable staff.
Never showed up the first time I called even though they tried saying they did. Second time they showed up three days after I called but by then I had already had another electric company come out and tell me what was wrong so I let them know I was already working on it. When that electric company couldn't help set up a nest camera I tried calling this company again. And was basically told that they were to busy to try to come by again to help us out.
