We purchased a touchless van wash. After 2 years, we are still attempting to get it to work as the owner, Scotty claimed it would. The pumps shook like crazy after the installation - we asked him if that was normal and he didn't respond. Finally, the large pump threw a rod. His 3rd party warranty provider in Utah, Sky Blue - determined he had sold us "used pumps" that had been sand blasted and represented as new!
