I am far from a car person, and always feel a bit out of my league when taking my car in. After a number of years with other auto shops in Charlotte, I've found H and H to be far and away the best to work with. Dean and his staff are honest, straightforward, and stand-up guys who will do whatever it takes to get you the best price. They've been family owned forever. I wouldn't waste a bit of time or money anywhere else.
Outstanding service at reasonable prices – I have been taking our cars to H&H for about a year now, and I won't take them anywhere else. Gus and his team do great work, give solid advice on what's needed, and do so promptly and at reasonable prices. We have both foreign and domestic cars, and they work on them all. An added benefit is they are a block and a half from a light rail station, so if you need to get to work in uptown Charlotte, it is easy to drop your car off at H&H in the morning and take the train into town. Great place to go for service! Gus, the owner is a down to earth guy who takes pride in his work. The prices are fair and the customer service is great. I was able to get all the service done when i needed and feel good about using H&H again.
