It is a Saturday, so of course the dryer quits, so I see this review, how this company showed up on a Saturday, and fixed the dryer. NOT TRUE. I have waited 6 hours, and did not even get a return call. So review is phoney. I own a service based company, and if I say I am open Saturdays, which I am, I would rescue you. Sorry people, but again, review not valid.
Horrible company; horrible customer service! Would never recommend using their services. Had their representative come out to repair my trash compactor. After he completed the repair, I asked how long they guaranteed their work. Was told 90 days. The compactor broke again, same problem, 25 days later. Unfortunately, it was the day before Thanksgiving and I had company and was very busy.
