Big liars never trust HGregoire hidden fees they fix the mileage on cars
Very bad service. Waste of time and trying to sell us garbage as certificated cars.
Was told a car was available so my husband drove from Granby to Laval to see it right away. It was noted on the website that there was a pending sale but the rep that contacted us said the car was still available if we could make a commitment today. As soon as he arrived they advised the car was sold and kept trying to show him other vehicles he was not interested in. I called the rep who had contacted us about the car several times and all calls went to straight to VM. Will not deal with H Grégoire again.

We purchased an Infiniti QX50 from this dealership in July 2020, we also purchased the extended warranty for 3 YEARS at a cost of $3250 + tax ($3736.69) it was supposed to be the executive plan but it was nothing short of a scam. Our salesman told us it was a 3 year plan. Turned out to be a 2.5 year plan. He failed to mention that. I even asked if its 3 years from our date of purchase and he said YES.
