We hired H. Glasgow in March 2024 to design a master suite addition and 2-car garage. We paid upfront ($16K) for the full design. They drafted an initial design of the master suite only, and we met with them in July to discuss modifications. We did not hear from them until mid-October when they indicated they needed to visit our property to assess excavation requirements.
