Garrett is the best! We didn't have heat in one zone, he came right away and, a few minutes later, determined the problem was the thermostat and had it fixed and warm in a few more minutes. He's very knowledgeable, fast, friendly and professional. Highly recommended!
I had the unfortunate encounter to talk with the lady on the phone to schedule a service and she was so incredibly rude. Her responses were we don't have time for this, and maybe I will call you back if I have too. Honestly it was kind of disgusting that someone even interacts this way in business. I would never recommend them to anyone on the island. It would seem that because they have been on the island for generations that they can say and do what they want.
