This was the second unit Herman put in for us…one upstairs and one downstairs. Herman was an absolute delight to work with! Honest, trustworthy, impeccable customer service, and a master at his craft. When was done, you couldn’t even tell he did any work because every spec of dust, dirt or debris was cleaned-up. Completely spotless. He was very quick to get our permit and getting the inspector out afterwards to check it. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could. Herman and his crew were wonderful from the estimate through the end of the project. Their.m visit to provide an estimate was thorough and they explained our options and their recommendation. Within days they delivered equipment and did the entire installation in one long 13 hour day. They installed two heat pumps in two rooms in our house.
