He wanted to visit me in AL. He then paid one way ticket to come. He conned me into paying one way ticket back and said he would pay me back. Never did. Scam on something less than $200 then he’d scam anyone. Run! Said he wanted a new name business called Perigon, or similar name. I guess it’s because he’s been charged with thief under H&F construction and want to run from being a con artist. Don’t waste your time or money with this so-called construction man.
It's a scam, the place is gone, Timothy James Hoffman (I.E. TJ Hoffman, Tim Hoffman, Timothy j Hoffman born 11/3/1972) is a scam artist to the finest. He is currently on bail and owes myself 3500 dollars. You can pull him up on PA docket to see all the scams he has done up to this date. He indiscriminately picks both individuals and small businesses, and steals their money.
He was very timely in responding with a quote and within 2 weeks I had my new roof installed. They completed the project in one day and it looks very nice and professionally done. It was a pleasure working with them and I'm considering them for future work. Realized later on that I didn't have a signed copy of the final paperwork. They have been promising to send it for months and I haven't received it. My homeowners insurance is threatening to cancel my policy because I don't have proof of the work completed.
STAY AWAY! Will take your money and you’ll never hear from him. If I could leave NEGATIVE stars I would. Tim the owner took our money 6 months ago for siding and a new roof. He then halfass did the roof and caused rain to pour into our house and cause many many damages and expenses. That is still not totallly fixed.
