Very very unprofessional and did not fix my washer machine properly. When i reminded Henry i had"warranty" for the previous work done he got upset and told me he would come to my house to check on my washer, wich took him days to do. Then when he does come to my house he dismantled my washer and said he needed to buy a pump. Weeks later still no answer so i called him and he came to my house yet again but with no pump to fix the issue, then told me my machine was not worth his time. Poor craftsmanship and problem diagnosing skills. H&F charged for repair work that was unnecessary and did not properly run a full concise check to inform me that the machine was unrepairable.
Henry has been a very reliable appliance repair man! we just started using him this past year, as the other options in jamaica plain always take days to respond (if they do at all).. Henry has typically showed up within a day or two if there is no emergency and quicker when there is one, he's replaced parts for us for a reasonable charge, works hard and gets things done! he's also given us solid advice and went above and beyond. Definately my new go to person for appliance repair!
