The guy was chill
My cuckoo clock needed servicing and repair. We brought it in and was told lake would take a while which was not a problem. He kept it for 6 months he was not in any hurry, and made a point of saying how much he dislikes repairing cuckoo clocks. He replaced parts including my music box in it that didn't need replacing.
