Whoever was working the kiosk between 2:00pm-2:30pm on 9/20/25, please do better on your customer service. The fact I needed to have the gentlemen behind me vouch what he saw in what I was experiencing and also deciding not to go through the car wash himself due to the fact the machine got stuck in the rim and started shaking the truck was not okay.
