I went in for hepatitis and typhoid vaccines and there was confusion about whether I needed prescriptions. The front desk staff checked multiple times, but Dr. Shiv Patel’s responses came across as increasingly rude and unprofessional. He also seemed dismissive when I asked questions. In the end, no prescription was required, which made the whole experience frustrating.
Sarah K was extremely helpful, not only very patient but also warm and inviting. As I had multiple prescriptions to pick up, I expected the usual: waiting a long time and going back and forth, but not with Sarah; she handled everything with professional excellence. I was so astounded that I had to write a Google review about my experience. Thank you, H-E-B, for hiring such an incredible person.

I love this pharmacy team at HEB! Everyone is always very friendly, and helpful with all my questions. I also don’t know how they managed it, but somehow they managed to hire 4 of the most handsome pharmacists. Picking up prescriptions has never been more enjoyable; great service every time
