Most times my experience has been very good. They always let me know when RX's are ready. They are very helpful. The are very polite, and patient dealing with my many Rx's. I just turned 74 and sometimes my brain dose not do what I want me too. Every one from the Pharmacist to those who get my Rx's ready are so helpful and patient.
In an out most of the times even with a lengthy line. They never mess up the orders no complaints. The staff is always in a good mood and will joke sometimes. No complaints wish more pharmacies were like that.
I have to say that I switched all of my prescriptions to HEB. They are super friendly and quick. Very satisfied each time. I would recommend going here.
Horrible customer service at this location! I just called and listened to the worst hold music I’ve ever heard, then it rang for about two minutes straight - then the guy who answered snapped at me and hung up without even saying goodbye. Do not shop at this particular pharmacy.
Chaotic, unhelpful, poor service.
