They never answer phone, staff is rude. Show no sense of urgency
Getting someone to answer the phone to order a refill on my prescription is an absolute joke. I literally have been trying to call for the last twenty minutes letting the phone ring non-stop with no answer. This is not the first time this has happened when calling.
