FYI — Be ready for bizarre (and possibly illegal) behavior at the pharmacy drive-thru; where you will be asked to sign documentation stating they have given you your prescription, and you have possession, BEFORE they actually proceed to give you your medication. Should you make the mistake of pointing out that you are being asked to sign an obviously untrue statement, the pharmacist will be happy to engage you in an illogical argument with great enthusiasm, and insist this H-E-B Pharmacy policy!?
Place has everything and then some employees are very helpful
Love how fast the service has been. Doesn’t matter if I’m calling in, in the drive thru, or in person. Their service wait times has blown their competitors out of the water. The staff has been friendly and informative. Also appreciate their diligence in getting a recent prescription transferred from a Walgreens who has horrible service and left them hanging for an hour.
H-E-B Melissa You don’t even know where you are located. When calling the pharmacy the telephone greeting says you are located on I-75. You are on U.S. 75 also known as Central Expressway. I-75 runs from Florida to Michigan obviously nowhere near Texas. It’s no mystery why you have so many 1 star reviews. You don’t know where you are and you don’t know what you are doing.
