Extremely SLOW and do not accommodate to rush orders. I’m so thankful for my hometown pharmacy. They listen and will fill in 20 minutes or less. It doesn’t take that long to fill one prescription Port Lavaca. The reviews say it all and this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this pharmacy.
I'm very happy with the HEB pharmacy!!
95% of the time the customer service is HORRIBLE (1 lady up front is awful)! I get monthly refills and they are NEVER ready on time or even 3-5 days later. They also never take the time to run through my insurance so I end up paying out of pocket so I don't have to deal with them. I used another HEB while out of town and my prescriptions we're ready quickly for pick up and I didn't have to pay a dime.
