I have been trying to get a refill on my medicine since dec. 19th still haven't gotten it. Why can't Heb get the medicines we need?

I'm sorry when we first switched to them they were fast and friendly now it's like they don't care how slow they are or how rude SOME of them act to you I'm thinking we might switch to somewhere else this is getting sad sitting in line inside or outside for 20 to 30 minutes at times!
