Anytime I’ve ever tried to pick up meds here there’s always a reason or an excuse why it’s not ready and I have to wait even longer. I think it’s ridiculous. But I would love to speak with someone in the cooperate office to discuss the reason I’m sure it’s because of Matt the manager!!!
I can not say enough good things about KIM the manager at the pharmacy here in Pleasanton! I have a chronically ill child, and she has gone above and beyond to help me manage his medications. He is on 27 a day, and that gets overwhelming for me to keep up with, she literally goes out of her way to help me manage them! Also we have had our share of issues over the years with meds and she always finds a solution to the problem quickly! Saves me on stress. Could not be more grateful for her help.
They alway check to see if my medicine works together ❤️
