I have been here for 32 years and staff at Heb pharmacy is like family to me. Long time ago there was one who was rude to me And she is no longer there. When I call they know me .when I do drive thru yes at times it might be long line Depends what time you get there. I just take the time to relax while in line. People in so much of hurry these days. The absolute worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had… and not only once. These people are consistently awful at their jobs and careless with other people’s time. Especially the “I’m so cool” dude with glasses at the big HEB.
Very quick with my needs.
