How can you not like this store from friendly helpful staff and clean store and decent prices.
Rude employee. She screams at me over the intercom. I've never received such poor customer service at and heb pharmacy
I have been a customer of this pharmacy for over 13 years and all my experiences have been incredibly positive! Alma has been the employee who helps me regularly. No matter how busy she is (which is always), she continually goes out of her way to help me and has always been very kind when doing so. I have a chronic illness, so spend alot of time at this pharmacy. I've noticed some reviews where people were upset because the pharmacist would not fill a prescription. I had my prescriptions transferred to the pharmacy at this location last week. I had my shoulder replaced and I am unable to drive. Since I live right behind this location I can walk out my back gate to pharmacy. The pharmacist named Walter Rivas was refusing to fill a medication I had been on for yrs. His reason he didn't feel comfortable filling it. I ask for him to look at my history. My history will shows I have been on this medication for years. He stated he didn't want to liable.
