Have always been a solid supporter of HEB and now I am for their Pharmacy as well. Great service and they always take the time to check for the best price even without asking.
During my visit to the location to check in my prescription, I encountered exceptionally rude customer service. As I approached the window, the young lady in the picture was short and dismissive. When I inquired about the cost of my prescription, her only response was, “It’s very expensive.” I repeated my question about the amount, but she repeated the same line.
