HEB in its totality has great customer service, however, there is something wrong with the customer service at the pharmacy at this location. I am not sure if his lack of training that is a problem or if HEB is desperate for people to work in the pharmacy and, as a consequence, they hire people that have attitudes. These employees, without constant observation by managers, display those attitudes to some of the most vulnerable people in San Antonio.
