When I first used them I thought maby it's because I was a new customer but now I know that the employees of this H.E.B. pharmacy are ill trained rude and lazy. I have a 14yo son with the same insurance and now they say he doesn't have insurance telling me the number doesn't work. I used the card less then a month ago to get his other perceptions. So what if it was 615 at night you close at 8. You need to be fired before you killed someone because you can't be bothered to do your job!
I've never come to this location and had a pleasant experience. You're either waiting forever, or dealing with rude employees that do not respect your time and have no concern for urgency. I try to avoid this location and go to floresville. I've never had a problem there.
So I was looking for a heb vitamin I ask the counter lady she pointed where she thought It was anyway ifound that y’all was out by the partner with a phone I guess ,which was very helpful.
